There is a saying that BEHIND EVERY GREAT MAN THERE IS A GREAT WOMAN " -Men often owe their success to women. Well, I can't seem to disagree, most successful man in the world has a woman partner that supports them.

This month, it is our month. WOMAN'S MONTH. We are the subject, we are the main topic, we are the stars!

"Take care of the kids honey!", do the marketing for the family food supplies, clean the house, pick up the kids! wooh!! lot of things to do. Does this scenario vividly familiar to you? Yes to all mom's out there, this is our life hahaha! Dutiful but rewarding. But hey! You're a "woman" too.. take a break!

Give your body all the loving care because if you take care of your body you can do so much more.

I could never say enough on how woman affects our life but the wonder of woman is still amazingly beyond comprehesion. God made us fragile yet strong. We can carry the burdens with great courage, we can smile and go on with life!

Hi! weddings happen anytime of the year right, the bride & groom are so excited & so are the flower girls! You can never tell how excited they are, I should know I have experienced this every time my daughter is invited to be a flower girl.. She is asking what will I wear, is it beautiful mama.. & of course the most amazing confirmation from her lips.. i will be wearing a make up right mama..hahaha.. little girls they wanted to grow fast.

CHOCOLATE EVERYONE!!

Most of woman's weakness is the love for chocolate, right?

Chocolate as we commonly know begins with the fruit (cacao beans) of the tropical tree Theobroma cacao. It goes to a long process of refining but bottom line is it is sweet, delicious & heaven sent.

Is it healthy? the calories ohh my gosh! But wait there are lot of chocolate out there that are low in calories & are very good for dieters and those who do not want to get fat.

What are the different types of chocolate:

Unsweetened chocolate: Also known as “bitter” or “baking” chocolate. This is pure chocolate liquor. Best used in cooking, when it can be combined with sugar to make it more palatable. Main ingredients in baking because of it's rich chocolate flavor.

Dark chocolate: Chocolate that contains chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla and leicithin. There are no milk solids added in dark chocolate. Bittersweet chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate also fall into the “dark chocolate” category. Mostly says that dark chocolate is the healthies among its type.

Bittersweet chocolate: This chocolate often has a deeper, more bitter flavor than sweet dark or semi-sweet bars. However, the amount of sugar in the chocolate is not regulated, so one manufacturer’s “bittersweet” bar may taste sweeter than another’s “semi-sweet” bar.

Semi-sweet chocolate: Mostly love by Americans, easily related to semi-sweet chocolate chips. Semi-sweet chocolate contains at least 35% cocoa solids, and is generally assumed to be darker than sweet dark chocolate, but sweeter than bittersweet.

Sweet dark chocolate: is “dark chocolate” but does not contain milk solids, but it still has a high percentage of sugar and is much sweeter than other types of dark chocolate. Many brands of sweet dark chocolate have only 20-40% cocoa solids.

Milk chocolate: In addition to containing cocoa butter and chocolate liquor, milk chocolate contains either condensed milk or dry milk solids. Milk chocolates are typically much sweeter than dark chocolate, and have a lighter color and a less pronounced chocolate taste.

White chocolate: White chocolate gets its name from the cocoa butter it contains, it does not contain chocolate liquor or any other cocoa products. It tastes like vanilla, white chocolate contain a little cocoa butter, milk solids, and a whole lot of sugar.

"Candy coating" chocolate: Also known as “confectionery coating,” “summer coating,” or “compound coating.” These terms refer to candy products that are flavored like dark, milk or white chocolate and substitute vegetable or palm oils for cocoa butter
